About This Role
Job Title: Accountant
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Accountant to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
Preferred Candidate:
- Female applicants only
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field
- Proven experience as an Accountant (UAE experience preferred)
- Proficient in QuickBooks
- Knowledge of UAE VAT filing and compliance
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Handle VAT filing and ensure compliance with UAE regulations
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain the general ledger
- Assist with audits and tax preparation
- Manage petty cash and maintain proper documentation
- Handle receipts and company-related financial records
- Renew and process relevant company documents as required
