Job Overview
Grand Line International Trading is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the company’s financial records, accounting entries, and reporting.
The selected candidate will support the company’s accounting operations and ensure accurate financial management and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and record daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare invoices, purchase entries, and expense records.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records regularly.
- Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and summaries for management.
- Manage accounting entries and reports through the Zoho accounting platform.
- Assist with tax-related documentation, compliance, and reporting where required.
- Maintain accurate records of company financial data and support audit requirements when necessary.
Salary

Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field (Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree preferred).
- Experience working with Zoho Books or similar accounting software.
- Knowledge of tax-related accounting and compliance procedures.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounting tasks effectively.
