Accountant

Chartford Accounts Auditing is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

We are looking for a professional who can effectively manage accounting operations, maintain financial accuracy, and support business growth through sound financial practices.

Salary: starting from AED 3,000 and above based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.

*Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation.

*Prepare and record journal entries, invoices, receipts, payments, and other *financial transactions.

*Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

*Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data.

*Prepare financial reports, management reports, and supporting schedules.

*Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.

*Support VAT compliance, tax-related filings, and regulatory reporting requirements.

*Coordinate with auditors and assist during internal and external audit processes.

*Monitor cash flow and ensure timely processing of payments and collections.

*Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.

*Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, company policies, and accounting standards.

*Liaise with clients, suppliers, banks, and government authorities when required.

*Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned by management.

-Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

-Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.

-Valid UAE Driving License is required.

-Must hold a valid UAE residence visa (Own Visa).

-Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeeping practices.

-Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.

-Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Accounting Software is required.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

-Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

-Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
