Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable **Accountant** to manage our financial records and ensure smooth financial operations.
The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and comfortable handling bookkeeping, payroll, and financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage payroll, taxes, and compliance with local regulations
- Monitor cash flow and budget performance
- Assist with financial planning and forecasting
- Coordinate with external auditors and advisors as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience as an accountant or bookkeeper
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of local tax regulations and compliance requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in retail or service industry accounting
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional accounting certification (CPA, ACCA)
