Role overview
Seeking a skilled, detail-oriented accountant to join Eversafe Fire & Safety.
The posting requests a minimum of 2 years of Gulf experience and immediate availability.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, records, and general ledgers.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of accounting experience in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and accounting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- The posting requires the candidate to be currently in the UAE on a visit or cancelled visa and available to join immediately.
