Accountant

Manage daily financial operations, data entry, and compliance reporting using SAP Business One.

· Post journal entries, receipts, and payments directly into SAP Business One.

· Generate automated customer invoices and execute timely debt collection follow-ups.

· Verify supplier invoices, match purchase orders, and schedule local/international payments.

· Reconcile multiple multi-currency bank accounts, credit cards, and cash accounts daily.

· Prepare and file quarterly UAE VAT returns through the FTA portal.

· Maintain organized ledger records compliant with current UAE Corporate Tax regulations.

· Assist in closing sub-ledgers and preparing monthly Balance Sheets and P&L reports.

· Prepare monthly WPS-compliant payroll files and track staff gratuity/accruals.

· Gather schedules, vouchers, and supporting documents for external annual audits.

· **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.

· **Experience:** 2 to 3 years of continuous accounting experience inside the UAE.

· **Software Mastery:** Hands-on experience with SAP Business One.

· **Excel Skills:** Proficiency with advanced Excel formulas

· **Regulations:** Strong working knowledge of UAE VAT laws and FTA compliance.

· **Communication:** Fluent written and spoken English to coordinate with vendors and banks.

· **Availability:** Candidates immediately available in Dubai to join will be highly prioritized

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
