Role Overview

Allpoint Healthcare Center is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant for its healthcare facility.

The role requires experience related to healthcare accounting, insurance billing, inventory control, and UAE VAT compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily accounting operations and financial transactions.
  • Handle medical insurance reconciliation and coordinate with the RCM or billing team.
  • Monitor medical inventory, stock valuation, and cost tracking.
  • Prepare and file VAT returns under UAE FTA regulations.
  • Maintain financial records and ledger entries.
  • Assist with monthly closing, profit and loss statements, and financial reporting.
  • Coordinate with auditors and ensure DOH and DHA compliance.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and expense monitoring.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of accounting experience; healthcare experience is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations.
  • Experience handling medical insurance claims and reconciliation.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems in clinics or hospitals.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including profit and loss analysis, pivot tables, and financial tracking.
  • Knowledge of Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Compensation

  • Pay is listed as starting from AED 1 per month.
