Accounting responsibilities
- Reconcile general ledgers, bank statements, and balance sheets.
- Analyze financial data and manage employee or business expenses.
- Prepare financial statements for management and tax reporting.
- File business taxes and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Conduct internal audits and variance analyses to identify trends or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with financial managers and other team members on accounting tasks.
- Maintain company ledgers and record daily financial transactions.
- Create bills, invoices, pay orders, payables, receivables, and purchase orders.
- Trace ledger and account discrepancies to their source and correct them.
- Manage payroll activities and release salaries.
- Coordinate payment and billing details for external service providers, contractors, and vendors.
- Verify company-account payments and deposits and coordinate with the bank.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 3,500 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person.
Requirements
- The role requires carrying out accounting work such as reconciliations, financial reporting, payroll, and tax compliance.
