Account Resolution Analyst

Responsibilities

• Make Daily inbound and outbound calls
• Return all voicemails and respond to emails
• Resolve customer delinquency
• Retain all customer communication efforts via the internal system of record ensuring that all communications are documented accurately.
• Prepare payment in full, settlement letters and payment plan agreements for approval
• Review performance reports to evaluate productivity and achieve individual and team commitments.
• Any assignments given by management.
