- Develop and execute a territory plan and personalized account plans for each customer, aligned with their business goals, to deliver year over year Success Cloud revenue growth
- Exceed CSG Success Cloud growth and bookings, ensure organizational health and customer satisfaction goals as a regional leader
- Engage senior decision makers, especially C level, using a consultative selling approach that positions Salesforce as a long term strategic partner and trusted advisor
- Build compelling solution visions and communicate transformative outcomes that align with customers' strategic goals, motivations, and desired business results
- Collaborate cross functionally with License Sales and Alliance/Partner organizations to drive customer success, organizational health, and customer satisfaction as a regional leader
Requirements
- Proven experience in consultative sales, consistently exceeding quota in complex, enterprise environments
- Demonstrated experience selling and/or delivering professional services in large scale, complex pursuits
- Ability to develop and maintain trusted relationships with senior decision makers across large organizations
- Strong forecasting discipline, pipeline management skills, and ability to progress opportunities accurately and on time

- The CSG Account Partner (AP) is a passionate and strategic sales leader responsible for selling the full portfolio of Success Cloud offerings to designated accounts.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
