Account Manager

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Growth, ideally within wholesale printing.
• Demonstrated ability to grow existing accounts and identify new revenue opportunities.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating across multiple departments.
• Strong customer-service mindset with a focus on building lasting relationships.
• Results-oriented and comfortable working toward defined sales KPIs and revenue targets.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Experience in printing, packaging, CPG, or manufacturing is an asset.
• Experience using Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and/or Outplay is an asset.
