Job specification

• Provide quality assurance for applications, redemptions, switches, and transfers from the offshore team.
• Review and release periodic, quarterly, distribution, and exit statements within service-level deadlines.
• Review, clear, and sign off bank reconciliations.
• Review pending and settled reports and distribute them to clients.
• Manage client compliance tasks, incident reports, remediation, and coordination with compliance stakeholders.
• Manage Calastone transactions, daily reconciliations, and issue resolution.
• Maintain fee rebate schedules and execute month-end transactions for client review.
• Contribute to client reporting and attend client servicing meetings as required.
• Work with internal stakeholders to meet client service expectations and resolve client queries.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as required.

Skills required

• At least 2 years of fund services experience.
• Commercial experience working with clients in a delivery service model.
• Exposure to offshoring models is highly advantageous.
• Adhere to deadlines, work under pressure, and demonstrate attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork, communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of and interest in financial markets.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
