Overview

  • We re Four an international, independent agency powered by creativity and collaboration.
  • Our 250-strong team spans media, creative and communications, operating from hubs in London, Cardiff, Sheffield and the UAE.
  • Our MENA team works with leading government entities, health organisations, consumer brands and corporate / B2B clients, delivering integrated campaigns that shape reputation, influence behaviour and drive results.
  • We re now looking to connect with experienced Account Managers and Senior Account Managers to join our UAE offices in Abu Dhabi or Dubai.
  • This is an opportunity to play a more senior role within growing accounts, while continuing to build depth across sectors and platforms.
  • This role sits at the centre of social strategy, content delivery and client leadership.
  • Depending on experience, your role may include:
  • Managing and leading social media accounts across government, health, consumer and corporate clients
  • Owning day-to-day client relationships and acting as a trusted point of contact
  • Leading the planning, development and delivery of always-on content calendars and campaign bursts
  • Working closely with creative, content and strategy teams to deliver social-first thinking
  • Overseeing community management, social listening and reporting
  • Translating performance data into clear insights and recommendations
  • Guiding and supporting Account Executives and Senior Account Executives
  • Ensuring quality, consistency and delivery across all social outputs
  • At Four, managers are hands-on, trusted to lead, shape thinking and raise the standard.
  • We re intentionally open on background, but this role suits someone comfortable managing accounts and people, and confident working directly with clients.
  • We re keen to hear from people who bring:
  • Solid experience in social media, digital content or communications (agency or in-house)
  • Experience managing accounts and contributing to social strategy
  • Exposure to government, health, consumer brands or corporate / B2B is a plus
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills across multiple accounts
  • Confidence leading conversations with clients and internal teams
  • A strong understanding of content performance, platforms and trends
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative leadership mindset
  • Arabic or English, both are welcome. Strategic thinking and delivery matter most.
