Senior Account Manager / Senior Account Executive

Role Overview

As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing high-value government accounts, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, and driving business growth.

You will work closely with internal teams to align client needs with operational execution, ensuring both client satisfaction and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key government clients
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term strategic relationships
  • Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams (Sales, Operations, Content, Tech)
  • Understand client requirements and ensure smooth coordination of business and operational needs
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities within existing client organizations
  • Proactively suggest solutions and improvements to enhance client experience
  • Monitor project delivery and ensure timelines, expectations, and quality standards are met
  • Handle escalations professionally and ensure quick resolution
  • Prepare reports, updates, and presentations for both internal and client stakeholders

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management, client servicing, or business development
  • Must have hands-on experience working with government clients in Qatar
  • Strong ability to manage senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify and convert opportunities into revenue
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in marketplaces, classifieds, auctions, or digital platforms
  • Existing network within government entities in Qatar
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
