Overview

Job responsibilities:

1.

Establishes professional, productive and collaborative relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts with deep insights and supportive solutions for the business of the clients.

2.

Leads solution development efforts that best address the clients’ needs and requirements.

Coordinates the involvement of the company’s supporting departments with productive solutions to meet partner performance objectives and expectations.

Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partners.

3.

Meets assigned targets for sales and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.

4.

Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.

5.

Cooperates with partner organizations to meet the targets on the end clients in coordination with partner sales resources.

6.

Develops effective channel policies of engagement.

Manages potential channel conflicts by fostering excellent consensus internally and externally.

1. Language & Communication

  • Fluent in

English

  • for daily business communication (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Saudi native speaker.

2. Professional Experience

  • 1-3+ years’ experience in
  • account management / business development / customer success
  • , preferably in ICT, Telecom, AI
  • Experience working in
  • Huawei / ZTE / Cisco / Dell / AWS / Microsoft / other large tech companies
  • is strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience in

Middle East markets (Saudi, UAE, GCC)

is a major advantage.

3. Customer Engagement

  • Able to manage customer relationships independently, including:
  • Daily communication
  • Requirement collection
  • Opportunity development
  • Solution coordination
  • Contract follow-up
  • Capable of building strong trust with enterprise and government customers.
  • Experience handling
  • key accounts
  • or high-value projects preferred.

4. Sales & Business Skills

  • Strong ability to identify opportunities and convert leads into sales.
  • Ability to support bid preparation, RFP response, pricing, and commercial negotiations.
  • Understanding of project lifecycle and delivery processes.
  • Strong data awareness and reporting capability.

5. Personal Capabilities

  • Strong execution — able to push tasks to closure.
  • High sense of ownership, self-driven, proactive.
  • Excellent teamwork and cross-department coordination.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-handling skills.

6. Mobility & Work Location

  • Able to
  • work full-time onsite in Saudi Arabia
  • (Riyadh or other cities).
  • Willing to travel across GCC countries when needed.
  • Valid passport and ability to obtain visas.

7. Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in:
  • Business Administration
  • Marketing
  • Computer Science
  • Information Technology
  • Telecommunications
  • Or related fields.
