We are currently expanding our Client Success Department and looking for a proactive Account Manager to join our growing team.

Position Overview

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

You will act as the main point of contact between clients and the internal team, coordinating communication, managing expectations, collecting information, overseeing execution, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, project coordination abilities, and a solid understanding of marketing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of 4–5 active clients
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Conduct regular meetings and follow-ups with clients
  • Gather project requirements, feedback, and approvals
  • Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams
  • Assign and monitor tasks across designers, marketers, developers, and other specialists
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and according to scope
  • Review deliverables before presenting them to clients
  • Track project progress and prepare status updates
  • Identify risks, delays, or communication issues and resolve them proactively
  • Maintain organized project documentation and records

Requirements

  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Arabic is a strong advantage but not required
  • Previous experience in account management, project management, client service, marketing, or agency environments is preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Understanding of digital marketing and content creation processes
  • Good visual judgment and attention to quality standards
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with AI tools and modern digital platforms is an advantage
