Account Manager Refrigeration and Cold Chain

· Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.

· Build and sustain strong relationships with wholesalers, contractors, and key accounts within the territory.

· Collaborate cross‐functionally with marketing, product, and technical teams to support customer needs and market initiatives.

· Deliver product and application training to wholesalers and contractors to support adoption and preference.

· Present and negotiate pricing, programs, and promotions aligned to territory objectives.

· Maintain accurate opportunity, activity, and forecast information in CRM systems.

Standard business hours. Travel up to approximately 30–40% is expected.

· Five (5) or more years of experience in B2B or technical sales roles with responsibility for managing a defined territory.

· Proven ability to plan and execute territory sales strategies.

· Strong relationship‐building, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· Experience using CRM tools to manage pipeline, forecasting, and territory activity.

· Advanced sales, negotiation, or account management training or certifications.

· Industry or product‐related certifications.

· CRM, forecasting, or sales analytics training.
