Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university or a minimum of five (3) years of experience conducting job development and placement activities
- 2-3 years experience in recruiting, sales, job development or account management a must
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven business environment
- Must have a positive outlook and get along well with others
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to motivate people
- Our companys official dress code is Business Professional appearance and attire
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Presentation Software, and CRM software
- Experience with Salesforce a plus
- Must be comfortable facilitating workshops with 10 - 30 people
- Results-oriented
