Full-time, remote Account Manager MEN role managing and growing key customer and partner relationships in the animal products industry.
The role serves as primary contact for assigned accounts and coordinates tailored solutions with internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities; support business development and strategic planning.
- Handle contract renewals, resolve issues, and maintain client satisfaction.
- Participate in virtual stakeholder meetings and presentations.
Qualifications
- Strong account-management and client relationship skills, including handling multiple accounts and maintaining long-term partnerships.
- Communication, negotiation, presentation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Organizational and analytical skills, including time management, attention to detail, data interpretation, and reporting.
- Business and commercial awareness, including sales processes, basic account-related financial concepts, and growth strategy.
- Experience or interest in animal products, agri-food, or related sectors is beneficial.
- Able to work remotely, collaborate across functions, and use digital tools and CRM platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Valid Qatari license is required.
Expected salary
- Expected salary is 8,000–10,000, depending on experience and qualifications; no pay cadence or currency is specified.
