We’re looking for a dynamic
Account Manager
to lead client relationships and deliver exceptional event experiences.
Role Overview
The Account Manager is the main client point of contact, responsible for managing relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring successful event delivery aligned with expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the agency
- Understand client briefs and translate them into actionable plans
- Manage client communication, presentations, and approvals
- Upsell services and identify new business opportunities
- Oversee budgets, proposals, and contracts
- Work closely with project and production teams to ensure delivery
- Ensure client satisfaction and handle feedback or issues
- Lead post-event reporting and debriefs
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in event agencies, advertising, or marketing
- Strong client servicing and relationship management skills
- Commercial awareness and budgeting experience
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
