With a team of musicians, DJs, and event managers, the company delivers tailored entertainment solutions ranging from ambiance and audio-visual setups to large-scale event productions.

The UAE Event Company manages private events, weddings, corporate functions, conferences, staff parties, themed events, and product launches.

The team specializes in providing highly trained musicians and DJs for five-star hotel residencies, carefully matching entertainment to each venue and audience.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager Event role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The Account Manager Event will manage a portfolio of clients, acting as the primary point of contact from initial inquiry through post-event follow-up.

Daily responsibilities include understanding client requirements, preparing proposals, coordinating entertainment options, and overseeing event planning details such as timelines, logistics, and technical needs.

The role also involves managing budgets and quotations, negotiating with suppliers and talent, and ensuring all services are delivered on time and to agreed standards.

The Account Manager Event will collaborate closely with internal teams, attend client meetings and site visits, and support business development activities by identifying upsell opportunities and contributing to sales initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven account management skills, including client relationship building, stakeholder management, and service delivery ownership.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and manage expectations professionally.
  • Budgeting and financial management capabilities, including cost estimation, quotation preparation, and tracking event profitability.
  • Hands-on event planning experience, covering timelines, logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site event management.
  • Sales and negotiation skills, with experience in converting inquiries to confirmed bookings and identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
  • Experience in the events, entertainment, hospitality, or related industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects under time pressure.
  • Proficiency with standard office software and event management tools; familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Events Management, Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Must have an active driving license
