Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant construction, A/E/C, real estate or client-management experience.
• Strong understanding of construction and the project lifecycle.
• Strong client relationship, communication and business skills.
• Ability to work effectively across Business Units and geographies without direct authority.
• Organized, accountable and consistent in follow-through.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Compensation
• Eligible for discretionary bonus in addition to base compensation based on company and individual performance.
• Salary: $140,000 - $175,000
