Role overview
Full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Doha, Qatar.
Manages client relationships, supports customer satisfaction, and connects clients with internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate orders, track deliveries, resolve client concerns, and keep accurate client-interaction and account-performance records.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to support clients, identify growth opportunities, and promote the brand and products.
- Prepare reports, support contract negotiations, and provide after-sales support to maintain long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Client relationship management, account coordination, customer service, sales support, order management, and basic reporting experience or skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate across teams, manage priorities, and pay attention to detail.
- Proficiency with standard office software and CRM tools.
- Fluency in English required; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
- Interest in fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands; fashion or retail experience is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field is preferred.
