Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Account Manager at MANSTRACON.

The Account Manager will manage day-to-day relationships with startup and SME clients, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring alignment between client goals and consulting deliverables.

Responsibilities include coordinating project activities, tracking progress against plans, preparing status reports, and facilitating communication between clients and internal consultants.

The role involves understanding client business models, identifying opportunities for improved execution, and supporting the implementation of strategies across marketing, operations, and finance.

The Account Manager will also contribute to process improvements, maintain CRM records, and help ensure clients experience consistent, high-quality service.

Qualifications

  • Client relationship and account management skills, including stakeholder communication, expectation setting, and conflict resolution.
  • Project coordination and execution skills, such as planning, prioritization, progress tracking, and deadline management.
  • Business analysis and strategic thinking capabilities, including understanding of growth strategies for startups and SMEs.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic process optimization, automation, and reporting practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Comfort working in a remote, fast-paced, consulting environment with multiple concurrent client engagements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Prior experience in consulting, account management, or client services for growth-focused businesses is highly beneficial.
