Role Description
The Account Manager role at Seoul Aura is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai.
The Account Manager is responsible for overseeing client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Day-to-day tasks include managing client communications, understanding client needs, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions, preparing reports and account reviews, and monitoring performance against agreed objectives.
The role also involves identifying opportunities for account growth, supporting contract renewals, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining accurate records and documentation.
The Account Manager is expected to collaborate closely with colleagues, follow company policies, and contribute to process improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong account management and client relationship skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Solid communication and presentation abilities, including clear written and verbal communication in English.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple accounts and priorities.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data, prepare reports, and propose practical solutions.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as sales, operations, and customer support.
- Proficiency with common office and CRM software tools and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Relevant experience in account management, customer success, or sales; experience in Dubai or the region is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and a customer-focused mindset, with the ability to work on-site in Dubai.
