Role Description

The Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Qatar.

This role is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customers, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction with the company’s products and services.

Day-to-day tasks include identifying sales opportunities, preparing and delivering proposals, coordinating with internal teams on pricing and delivery, and following up on orders and after-sales support.

The Account Manager will monitor market trends, participate in client meetings and product presentations, and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities.

The role also involves achieving sales targets, reporting on pipeline and performance, and collaborating with colleagues to support strategic business initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer relationship management, ideally within distribution, networking, or industrial solutions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Solid organizational and time-management capabilities, including maintaining CRM records and managing multiple accounts.
  • Ability to work on-site in Qatar, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced commercial environment.
  • Familiarity with technical or infrastructure products such as networking, cabling, or industrial enclosures is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages commonly used in Qatar is beneficial.
