Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an
Account Manager, Cybersecurity
based in Amman.
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the growth of Infratech’s cybersecurity portfolio.
Daily tasks include engaging with enterprise clients, understanding business and security requirements, coordinating with presales and technical teams, preparing proposals, managing sales pipelines, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
The role requires a strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions and the ability to position Infratech’s services effectively to decision-makers.
Minimum
5 years of experience
in account management, business development, or sales within Cybersecurity, IT Security, or technology solutions
Strong understanding of cybersecurity services, solutions, and enterprise technology environments
Proven experience in managing client accounts, building relationships, and identifying growth opportunities
Ability to work closely with technical and presales teams to deliver tailored client solutions
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience in preparing proposals, commercial offers, and account plans
Ability to manage sales pipelines, follow up with prospects, and close opportunities
Knowledge of Saudi Arabia and GCC cybersecurity markets is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field
Relevant sales, cybersecurity, or vendor certifications are a plus
