Seeking a proactive, creative Client Servicing Manager to manage client relationships, understand brand requirements, and drive projects from concept to execution.
The agency delivers promotional solutions for brands across India.
Key responsibilities
- Understand client briefs, business objectives, and campaign requirements.
- Develop creative brand solutions aligned with client objectives and market trends.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Manage project execution, timelines, deliverables, and internal coordination.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth and timely execution.
- Conduct market visits and research to identify trends, ideas, and promotional opportunities.
- Translate insights into concepts, samples, and executable solutions.
- Support client presentations, pitch discussions, negotiations, and commercial planning.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in client servicing, account management, promotional marketing, or consumer promotions.
- Strong understanding of brand campaigns, marketing, and execution processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management abilities.
- Creative mindset and structured problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
- Pay is ₹35,000–₹55,000 per month.
