The Role

• Reporting to a Senior Account Manager, this role is focused on:
• Supporting day-to-day client communication, ensuring clear, proactive updates and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
• Assisting in the delivery of projects across multiple communication disciplines, ensuring that client needs and expectations are met effectively.
• Building trust with clients by being reliable, responsive, and detail-oriented, contributing to a positive client experience.
• Collaborating with more senior team members to develop and manage timelines, budgets, and project plans to ensure efficient project execution.
• You’ll be responsible for assisting in the management of accounts, ensuring that client communications and projects are handled efficiently, and supporting account growth by identifying opportunities for enhancing client satisfaction.
• Success is measured by your ability to provide excellent client service, contribute to the smooth delivery of projects, and actively support the growth of client relationships.
• Your role is pivotal in ensuring clients feel valued and their needs are met, while also contributing to the overall success of the accounts you manage.

Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent communication and a high-quality client
• experience.
• Support senior team members in managing day-to-day client requests, escalating when necessary to
• ensure client needs are met on time.
• Assist with developing and maintaining client project documentation, including agendas, contact reports, and timelines.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution, helping to coordinate resources
• and resolve any issues that arise during the delivery process.
• Assist in preparing client proposals, cost estimates, and project plans under the guidance of senior team members.
• Help track and report on the performance of client campaigns, ensuring key deliverables are met and
• performance is documented accurately.
• Support the identification of new opportunities within existing client accounts, providing assistance in
• developing strategies for account growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure knowledge sharing and best practice across the agency.
