Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships, understanding business objectives, and translating them into effective marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
include managing day-to-day client communication, coordinating with internal creative, digital, and production teams, and ensuring timely delivery of projects within scope and budget.
The role also involves preparing proposals and presentations, monitoring campaign performance, analyzing results, and recommending optimizations.
The Account Manager will support new business opportunities, contribute to strategic planning, and help maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with social media management and scheduling tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media publishing workflows, content calendars, scheduling, community management, and performance reporting.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, trust, and strategic guidance.
- Manage projects from briefing through execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with creative, content, strategy, media, production, and digital teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Review all client-facing deliverables to ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Support the development and execution of marketing, digital, and social media strategies.
- Plan, schedule, and oversee content calendars and social media activities across multiple platforms.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, scopes, and campaign performance.
- Prepare and present reports, recommendations, and campaign updates to clients.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and long-term partnership development.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working in the UAE market and familiarity with local business culture is an advantage.
- Professional proficiency in English; additional Arabic language skills are required.
- Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, ClickUp, Slack, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
Preferred Requirements
- **Native Arabic Speaker**
- **Minimum 3–6 years of Account Management / Client Servicing experience within a marketing, advertising, digital, or creative agency.**
- **Marketing agency experience.**
- **Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.**
- Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content, and integrated campaigns.
- Strong presentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- UAE agency experience is highly preferred.
