- π― The Role
- We are seeking an experienced and relationship-driven Account Manager to manage client accounts, strengthen customer relationships, and drive business growth.
- The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction, identifying opportunities, and delivering solutions that meet customer objectives.
- π Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with assigned client accounts
- Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams
- Understand client goals, challenges, and requirements to provide effective solutions
- Develop account strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and growth
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, operations, and support teams to ensure successful delivery
- Monitor account performance, customer feedback, and service quality metrics
- Prepare account reports, business reviews, and performance updates for stakeholders
- Resolve client concerns and ensure timely issue resolution
- Maintain accurate customer records and account information using CRM systems
- β Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Sales, or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in account management, client services, customer success, sales, or related roles
- Experience managing customer relationships and business accounts
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- Ability to understand client needs and provide value-driven solutions
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
