  • 🎯 The Role
  • We are seeking an experienced and relationship-driven Account Manager to manage client accounts, strengthen customer relationships, and drive business growth.
  • The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction, identifying opportunities, and delivering solutions that meet customer objectives.
  • πŸš€ Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop relationships with assigned client accounts
  • Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams
  • Understand client goals, challenges, and requirements to provide effective solutions
  • Develop account strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and growth
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, operations, and support teams to ensure successful delivery
  • Monitor account performance, customer feedback, and service quality metrics
  • Prepare account reports, business reviews, and performance updates for stakeholders
  • Resolve client concerns and ensure timely issue resolution
  • Maintain accurate customer records and account information using CRM systems
  • βœ… Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Sales, or a related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, client services, customer success, sales, or related roles
  • Experience managing customer relationships and business accounts
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar tools
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
  • Ability to understand client needs and provide value-driven solutions
  • Strong presentation and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
