Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in account management, sales, customer success, or renewals
  • Experience working in SaaS, software, technology, or subscription-based businesses preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue, retention, or growth targets
  • Experience managing multiple customer accounts and prioritising opportunities effectively
  • Strong proficiency with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and sales tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, engineering, technology, or related field preferred
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
  • Knowledge of PCB design, engineering software, or electronics industry highly regarded

Preferred Qualifications
