Role overview

Account and production responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact for JLR retailer and regional stakeholders, agency partners, and production teams.
• Sense-check briefs and confirm scope, deliverables, timings, markets, approvals, and dependencies before work starts.
• Coordinate imagery, master assets, specifications, adaptations, localization, quality control, and final delivery.
• Manage approvals and feedback rounds, communicating any impact on scope or timing.
• Coordinate with creative, studio, transcreation, digital, and media teams.
• Maintain production plans, status reports, action logs, contact reports, and agendas.
• Track service-level agreement delivery, chase delayed inputs, and escalate risks.
• Triage workload and ensure work is handed over or escalated appropriately.
• Check assets against brand, technical, and market requirements and build trusted stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

• Automotive experience is essential; experience with JLR, premium automotive brands, retailer marketing, or regional automotive accounts is highly desirable.
• Experience in account management, an integrated agency, or production delivering multi-channel campaigns across print, digital, broadcast, and/or retail environments.
• Experience with master creative, imagery selection, market adaptations, and transcreation or localization workflows.
• Comfort working with international accounts and multiple markets; five or more markets is preferred.
• Strong understanding of approvals, production specifications, asset delivery, and cross-team dependencies.
• Excellent project management, organization, attention to detail, proactive communication, and ability to work under pressure.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
