Role Overview
The Account Manager manages and coordinates all aspects of client event projects.
The role serves as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
The position combines project management, client services, and event production knowledge.
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact throughout event planning and execution.
- Understand client needs and objectives and present tailored proposals and solutions.
- Answer RFPs and create quotations for events.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships.
- Provide strategic recommendations for client events.
- Manage event budgets, contracts, and timelines.
- Grow revenue from assigned accounts.
Project Planning and Execution
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for assigned accounts.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to account coordinators.
- Oversee the project lifecycle from concept to execution.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with design, estimation, production, and logistics teams.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Address issues and resolve conflicts to keep projects on track.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks during production.
