Sales and account development
- Develop business across assigned GCC markets and open new accounts.
- Build relationships with AV system integrators, consultants, contractors, resellers, and key accounts.
- Identify projects and opportunities early and develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare and follow up on commercial proposals, negotiate, and close opportunities.
- Coordinate with technical, commercial, and operations teams.
- Represent the company during customer visits, exhibitions, and industry events; take full ownership of the assigned territory.
Candidate requirements
- Minimum three years of B2B sales or business development experience.
- Professional AV, LED Display, Digital Signage, or technology-solutions experience is a strong advantage.
- Existing relationships within GCC markets are highly valued.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; fluent English.
- Target-driven and commercially minded, able to work independently and develop new markets.
- Willing and able to travel regularly across the GCC.
Compensation
- The package includes a fixed salary and performance-based commission; the amount and pay cadence are not stated.
