Overview

What would your day-to-day look like:

• Build & Manage Strategic Partnerships

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with airline partners to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities in the fintech space.
  • Product Development:
  • Lead the development and launch of new fintech products for airlines.
  • This includes driving product vision, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring alignment with airline partners goals and success metrics.

• Optimize Existing Solutions

  • Work with airlines to improve and grow existing fintech products, ensuring they meet evolving business needs and maximize ancillary revenue opportunities.
  • Product Implementations:
  • Lead product implementations and delivery for diverse accounts, including project and stakeholder management, maintaining documentation, executing user acceptance testing and issue triaging.
  • Data-Driven Insights:
  • Leverage analytical tools and data to monitor product performance, assess customer feedback, and make data-backed decisions to optimize product offerings.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with internal teams (engineering, design, marketing, and customer success) to deliver seamless product experiences.
  • Market Intelligence:
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in the fintech and travel industries to anticipate market shifts and identify new opportunities for innovation.
