About the job
As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads for our Salesforce digital transformation services.
You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients across the Middle East region, helping them envision how Salesforce can revolutionize their operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Work along the Sales teams at Salesforce on a daily basis to co-prospect, qualify sales leads and initial sales calls / sales cycle for the Middle East :UAE, KSA, IRAQ, Qatar, and the rest of the Middle east.
- Identify and research target accounts across various industries in the Middle East region.
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (email, LinkedIn, phone) to generate qualified sales opportunities.
- Engage C-level and senior decision-makers to understand business challenges and position Salesforce-based solutions.
- Schedule meetings and demos for the Sales and Solutions teams.
- Collaborate with Marketing to align on campaigns, messaging, and lead hand-offs.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM and contribute to pipeline development reporting.
- Stay informed on Salesforce platform updates and digital transformation trends.
Ideal Candidate
- 1–3 years of experience in an Account Executive, or Inside Sales role, ideally in SaaS, CRM, or IT consulting.
- Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc…) or a willingness to ramp knowledge of the platform to see at fast pace
- Fluent in English / Arab (additional European languages are a plus).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and storytelling skills.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of the Middle East business landscape and cultural nuances.
- Your location : anywhere in UAE, Egypt, Qatar, Saudi Arabia or Lebanon.
- Nice to Have
- Prior experience working for a Salesforce Partner or System Integrator / cloud technology vendor.
- Background in selling digital transformation, cloud, or enterprise software solutions.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Rocketreach, or similar tools.
