Role Overview
The Account Executive is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring smooth execution of social media and performance marketing campaigns, and acting as the bridge between clients and internal teams (creative + performance).
Key Responsibilities1. Client Management
- Act as the **main point of contact** for assigned clients
- Handle day-to-day communication (WhatsApp, email, calls)
- Understand client objectives, brand tone, and expectations
- Maintain strong relationships and ensure client satisfaction
2. Project & Task Coordination
- Translate client requirements into **clear internal briefs**
- Coordinate with:
- Content creators
- Designers
- Performance marketing team
- Ensure all deliverables are completed **on time and aligned with strategy**
3. Content & Campaign Oversight
- Review content calendars before client submission
- Ensure content matches:
- Brand identity
- Platform requirements
- Campaign goals
- Follow up on approvals and revisions
4. Performance Monitoring
- Work with the performance team to track:
- Campaign results
- KPIs (ROAS, leads, engagement, etc.)
- Understand basic analytics to communicate insights to clients
5. Reporting
- Prepare:
- Weekly updates
- Monthly reports
- Ensure reports are:
- Clear
- Visual
- Insight-driven (not just numbers)
6. Shoot & Content Coordination
- Assist in organizing content shoots:
- Briefing the content team
- Aligning with client expectations
- Ensure smooth execution on shoot days
7. Internal Accountability
- Follow up with team members on tasks
- Ensure nothing is delayed or missed
- Escalate issues early
Skills Required
- Strong communication (Arabic + English preferred)
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Understanding of social media platforms
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing & ads
- Ability to manage multiple clients/projects

Profile
- 1–3 years experience in agency or marketing
- Experience in social media or account management is a plus
- UAE/GCC market understanding preferred
