Account Executive ( Sales & Operation )

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and follow up on sales leads to generate bookings.
• Promote company services and build strong client relationships.
• Coordinate bookings and support daily operational activities.
• Develop and implement marketing activities to promote company services.
• Manage social media accounts and create engaging marketing content.
• Support digital marketing campaigns across relevant platforms.
• Assist with content creation, promotional materials, and online advertising.
• Monitor marketing performance, customer engagement, and campaign results.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to sales and brand awareness.
• Maintain client records and update CRM and Task Manager systems.

Requirements

• Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of marketing and digital marketing strategies.
• Experience managing social media platforms and creating digital content.
• Familiarity with online advertising, content creation, and digital campaigns.
• Good organizational, coordination, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM and marketing tools experience is advantageous.
• Creative thinking, initiative, and ability to multitask.
• Previous experience in sales, operations, marketing, or digital marketing is advantageous.
• Excellent written and spoken English is a must.
