Account Executive (SaaS/ CRM)

For our promising client in **technology and business solutions**, we are seeking an **Account Executive.**

The role is based in Dubai, UAE.

· Manage **inbound sales** inquiries from qualified leads and prospective customers

· Manage the **full sales cycle** from qualified lead to closed deal

· Conduct discovery meetings and understand customer needs

· Deliver tailored **product demonstrations**

· Prepare proposals, manage negotiations, and close deals

· Maintain accurate pipeline tracking within **CRM systems**

· Collaborate with internal sales and customer success teams

· Build strong customer relationships and drive new business growth

· Minimum **2+ years of experience** in a **closing sales role**, preferably in **SaaS or technology solutions**

· Proven track record of achieving sales targets

· Experience managing **B2B sales processes and inbound customer inquiries**

· Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

· Experience with CRM platforms such as **Salesforce, HubSpot**, or similar systems

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities effectively

· **Fluent in English**; Arabic is a strong advantage

· Previous experience in the **UAE or GCC market**
