Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required; substantial work experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- State specific license is required
- 10+ years of commercial insurance work experience with large accounts is required·
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written·
- Strong multitasking & time management skills·
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products; (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Publisher)·
- AI knowledge a plus
- Both AE work and broking/placement experience a major plus, as it shows an increased technical insurance knowledge
- Professional in appearance and business conduct with strong customer service
- Ability to travel to client and prospect meetings approximately 20% of time
