Inbound demos: 8–16 qualified demo calls per day

Quota ownership: clear monthly and quarterly targets

Pipeline management: structured follow-ups and clean CRM hygiene

1+ years of sales experience in transactional or B2B SaaS sales

Proven closing track record along a structured funnel

High discipline, strong ownership, and a genuine hunger to earn

Natural communicator and storyteller

Native Polish; strong English (C1+)

Ready for a paid temporary relocation (1-2 weeks in Vienna to soak up our culture)

€65.000-€80.000 OTE (base + uncapped commission)
