Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, advance degree preferred. • Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Account Manager, or similar role. • Proven track record of bringing in new business • Strong understanding of HVAC and construction market, along with the sales process in the construction segment. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce preferred. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in HVAC industry • Strong network in the HVAC industry and strong contacts with builders in new construction.
