What You’ll Be Doing
As an
Account Executive
- , you'll be a
- key driver of our revenue engine
- , responsible for managing and growing client relationships with senior stakeholders, while actively closing new business in high-value sectors.
- You will:
- **Own and grow a portfolio**
- of mid-market and enterprise accounts, engaging directly with CEOs, CFOs, and MDs.
- **Identify, prospect, and convert**
- new leads through a mix of research, outreach, and industry networking.
- **Close deals**
- by crafting compelling proposals, negotiating terms, and demonstrating the tangible value of Aajil’s BNPL solutions.
- **Exceed sales targets**
- and play a pivotal role in scaling our business across key verticals.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure
- seamless onboarding and long-term client success.
- **Stay ahead of industry trends**
- and competitive offerings to strategically position Aajil.
- Keep your
- CRM spotless
- —track sales activity, manage pipeline, and report on key metrics.
What We’re Looking For
- We're seeking a
- high-performance sales professional
- who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is hungry to build something meaningful.
- You should have:
- **2–4 years of B2B sales experience**
- —ideally in
Fintech, SaaS, or Financial Services
- .
- A
- proven track record
- of closing 6- and 7-figure deals and managing high-value accounts.
- **Exceptional communication and negotiation skills**
- —you're comfortable pitching to executive-level decision-makers.
- A
- hunter’s mindset
- —proactive, resourceful, and driven to win.
- A team player who can
- collaborate across departments
- to deliver best-in-class service.
- Familiarity with
Microsoft Office Suite
- and CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- A
- data-driven, results-oriented
- approach to hitting and surpassing targets.
