What You’ll Be Doing

As an

Account Executive

  • , you'll be a
  • key driver of our revenue engine
  • , responsible for managing and growing client relationships with senior stakeholders, while actively closing new business in high-value sectors.
  • You will:
  • **Own and grow a portfolio**
  • of mid-market and enterprise accounts, engaging directly with CEOs, CFOs, and MDs.
  • **Identify, prospect, and convert**
  • new leads through a mix of research, outreach, and industry networking.

  • by crafting compelling proposals, negotiating terms, and demonstrating the tangible value of Aajil’s BNPL solutions.
  • **Exceed sales targets**
  • and play a pivotal role in scaling our business across key verticals.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure
  • seamless onboarding and long-term client success.
  • **Stay ahead of industry trends**
  • and competitive offerings to strategically position Aajil.
  • Keep your
  • CRM spotless
  • —track sales activity, manage pipeline, and report on key metrics.

What We’re Looking For

  • We're seeking a
  • high-performance sales professional
  • who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is hungry to build something meaningful.
  • You should have:
  • **2–4 years of B2B sales experience**
  • —ideally in

Fintech, SaaS, or Financial Services

  • .
  • A
  • proven track record
  • of closing 6- and 7-figure deals and managing high-value accounts.
  • **Exceptional communication and negotiation skills**
  • —you're comfortable pitching to executive-level decision-makers.
  • A
