The Opportunity

We're looking for an ambitious, results-driven

Account Executive

to join our high-performing sales team in Jeddah.

This is more than a sales role - it's an opportunity to be a trusted advisor to growing Saudi businesses, helping them solve their most critical HR challenges while directly contributing to Jisr's rapid expansion.

As an AE, you'll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, working with companies across diverse industries.

You'll be the face of Jisr to your prospects, combining strategic thinking with consultative selling to deliver transformational HR solutions that make a real impact.

Drive Revenue Growth

  • Own and exceed your quarterly and annual sales targets, managing a pipeline of medium to large opportunities
  • Generate at least 40% of your own pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting, networking, and relationship building
  • Deal mainly with HR Managers, with the occasional Finance and IT Directors
  • Close medium to large deals across multiple sectors in Saudi

Be a Trusted Advisor

  • Conduct deep discovery sessions to understand your prospects' unique HR challenges, business goals, and pain points around compliance, payroll, and workforce management
  • Demonstrate how Jisr's platform can transform their HR operations with tailored, solution-oriented presentations and product demos
  • Act as a strategic partner by helping customers navigate critical decisions related to digital transformation, Saudi Labor Law compliance (GOSI, Mudad, WPS), and HR automation

Master the Sales Process

  • Execute a structured, consultative sales methodology (We use SPICED) to qualify opportunities and advance deals efficiently
  • Maintain meticulous pipeline hygiene in our CRM, providing accurate weekly forecasts and clear visibility into your book of business
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue Development, Implementation, Customer Success, and Finance teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Conduct in-person meetings and territory visits regularly, building strong face-to-face relationships with prospects and customers

Expand Market Presence

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive plan to penetrate your assigned market segment
  • Represent Jisr at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings, positioning us as thought leaders in HR technology
  • Identify market trends, competitive insights, and customer feedback to inform product development and go-to-market strategies

Must-Haves

  • **2-4 years**
  • of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • **Hunter mentality:**
  • You're a self-starter who excels at prospecting, pipeline generation, and opening doors with new prospects
  • **Consultative approach:**
  • Strong discovery skills and the ability to dig deep to understand the customer’s challenges and goals
  • **Arabic fluency:**
  • Business-level proficiency in Arabic is essential; English proficiency required
  • **Local market knowledge:**
  • Deep understanding of the Saudi business landscape and cultural nuances

Strong Preferences

  • Experience selling HR technology, payroll systems, ERP, or other enterprise software solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Based in Jeddah or willing to relocate
