Account Executive - Hospice

Develop and maintain referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, and community organizations

Educate providers and care teams on hospice eligibility, benefits, and philosophy of care

Increase appropriate hospice referrals through ethical, compliant, and relationship-based outreach

Support community education initiatives focused on end-of-life care and advanced care planning

Assist in developing and executing annual hospice marketing and growth strategies

Maintain accurate referral, provider, and marketing data

Coordinate hospice representation within medical networks and professional groups

Support patient and family relations by serving as a knowledgeable hospice resource

Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and listening skills

Ability to build trust and credibility in emotionally sensitive situations

Strong understanding of hospice philosophy, eligibility, and compliance preferred

Team-focused professional with high integrity and compassion

Ability to travel within a 75-mile radius of the home office (occasionally more)

Valid driver’s license with reliable, insured transportation

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications

Hospice, healthcare sales, or clinical liaison experience strongly preferred
