Role Description
The Account Executive will manage relationships with assigned clients, ensuring their recruitment and staffing needs are understood and addressed in a timely manner.
Day-to-day responsibilities include communicating with clients, preparing proposals, coordinating job postings, and following up on candidate submissions and interview feedback.
The role also involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, preparing basic reports on account performance, and collaborating with internal teams to improve service delivery.
This is a part-time, hybrid role based in Dubai, with a combination of on-site client meetings and some work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications
- Client relationship management skills, including the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and provide responsive service.
- Basic sales and account development abilities, such as identifying client needs, presenting solutions, and supporting contract discussions.
- Organizational and administrative skills, including attention to detail, record-keeping, and time management in a multi-account environment.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and CRM or applicant tracking systems, and comfort working with data and simple reports.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages used in the UAE is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, balancing in-person meetings in Dubai with independent work from home.
- Previous experience in account management, recruitment, staffing, or a related client-facing role is preferred.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field is beneficial.
