Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven
Account Manager & Social Media Specialist
to manage existing client accounts, oversee social media activities, generate new business opportunities, and maintain strong customer relationships.
The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensure project satisfaction, coordinate with internal teams, manage content publishing across social media platforms, and support the company's sales growth through client meetings and lead generation.
Account Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with design, development, marketing, and production teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Handle client requests, feedback, approvals, and project updates.
- Prepare and present reports, proposals, and recommendations to clients.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
Social Media Management
- Manage company and client social media accounts.
- Schedule, publish, and monitor content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, and others.
- Write engaging captions and content aligned with marketing strategies.
- Monitor comments, messages, and customer interactions.
- Track social media performance and prepare monthly reports.
- Stay updated with social media trends and best practices.
Business Development & Sales
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, social media, and direct outreach.
- Arrange meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
- Introduce company services and solutions to potential customers.
- Follow up on quotations, proposals, and business opportunities.
Client Meetings & Communication
- Schedule and attend client meetings.
- Present company services, marketing strategies, and project updates.
- Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to internal teams.
- Ensure professional and timely communication with clients.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management, Social Media Management, Marketing, or Sales.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
- Experience using Meta Business Suite and social media management tools.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

Working Hours
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Saturday to Thursday)
