Account Executive

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations, bookkeeping, and financial records.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and bank reconciliations.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Maintain accurate financial reports and assist with monthly and annual closing activities.
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities when required.
• Maintain property-related financial records, commissions, and client payment schedules.
• Support management with financial analysis and reporting.
• Assist the sales team with documentation, contracts, and client follow-ups when necessary.
• Learn and understand real estate sales procedures and market operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience (real estate experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn real estate sales and client relations.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
